The PMI® Spec Hook is intended for use as an Emergency Escape Line anchor hook. This hook may be used to anchor a rope to any acceptable strength point in the area being exited. There are several ways to load the hook – including placing it over a window sill. A small eye at the bottom of the hook is for the escape line. During escape, keep the hook and line under constant tension.
