Designed by CAMP DOJ Marijuana eradication long lines short-haul programs. 15 ft. Cobiner strap constructed from mil-spec type 18 webbing. The steel O ring is sewn into one end to allow easy girth hitching of the strap around cut down  Marijuana plant bundles. Dope bundles can be easily attached to grapple hook on Helicopter long line for extrication. Used by
