9.0 mm SPEC-STATIC® is a safe AND functional design. 100% Low Elongation Polyester [LEP] sheath and core. The sheath is 100% solution dyed, high strength polyester. The 9.0 mm Spec-Static packs a walloping 5,000 lbf! LEP should not be used as a belay/safety line in Technical Rescue Operations.
